1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION. Pristine Pools, LLC sends conversational, service-related text messages to customers and to individuals who request contact from us: replies to inquiries submitted through our website contact form, appointment and technician-arrival notifications, and project status updates. We do not send marketing blasts or messages to purchased lists.

2. OPT-IN. You consent to receive text messages from Pristine Pools when you (a) submit our website contact form at pristinepoolspgh.com with your phone number and a request for a reply, or (b) provide your phone number to us by phone or in writing when scheduling or requesting service.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries and active services.

4. FEES. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Pristine Pools does not charge for text messages.

5. OPT-OUT. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You may re-join at any time by contacting us.
